Below we have provided detailed instructions on how to submit the new online membership form. It is much like shopping online, adding items to your basket and checking out at the end. Keep this tab open so you can come back to it to follow the steps as you go along.
1. Go back to the tab you just came from (it should still be open), scroll down and read the descriptions of the membership types to find the one that suits your requirements. Once you have found a suitable membership, click the appropriate ‘Apply’ button under your choice.
2. Fill in all the details asked for on the page, scrolling all the way to the bottom to make sure you don’t miss anything. Fields marked with * are required, others you can leave blank if you wish.
3. Click ‘Add to basket’ at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to the Storage page.
4. If you do not need to pay for storage of any kind, click the ‘SKIP STORAGE’ button. If you do need to pay to store a craft/trailer at the club, browse the options on this page, then click on the one you require.
5. Where applicable, fill in the details required on the page, again scrolling down so you don’t miss anything.
6. Click ‘Add to basket’ at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to the basket page. If you are storing more than one craft/trailer, click the link after ‘Need to add more storage?’ and repeat Steps 4-6.
7. If you are an existing member and have a renewal code, click ‘Add coupon’ and type the code in the box. Click ‘Apply’. The joining fee has been waived.Â
8. Check all the details you have provided. If you notice something is wrong, you will have to remove the item from your basket and start again. Once you are happy, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’. Fill in the details required and choose your payment method.
9. Click ‘Place Order’. Your membership application has been received and your payment is now due. Scroll down to see the amount due, and the payment instructions. These are also available in the email you receive, so you can now leave the page.
10. Create an account if you want to speed up the checkout process of future membership renewals. You can also track the status of your membership and view your previous membership history.
PSSC will confirm the receipt of your payment, then you will receive an email notifying you that your membership has commenced.
