A gentle breeze of 8-10 knots heading west and some occasional sunshine was inviting enough to get two boats out on the water for the first sail of the season today. After waiting until mid-tide and navigating the tricky rocks that have been uncovered at the bottom of the beach, James and Ron in the Wayfarer and Ben and Claire in the Dart 18 were ready to go on the whistle of Clive in the safety boat. Two races, a heavy shower and a capsize by the Dart 18 later, the results were in!
